As we head into the 2017 Holiday Season, the Bismarck-Mandan home activity is perfectly poised for buyers. As of November 22, 2017, there are 659 active listings on the MLS for Single Family (SF) Homes, Twinhomes/Townhouses, and Condos in the Bismarck, Mandan and Lincoln areas. According to MLS Year-To-Date statistics for these areas, the SF home average sales price is down 3.6% from 2016; down 5.6% for twinhomes/townhouses; and up 4.2% for condos. With that being the case, now is a great time to buy.
